The 2017 China Rechargeable pile Industry Summit was successfully concluded at Nanjing International Expo Center on April 8 th. The aim of the conference is to set up a vertical communication platform for the enterprises in the upper and lower reaches to promote the benign development of the charging pile industry.
On the day of the seminar, many participants from government departments, senior experts in the charging pile industry, charging pile design enterprises, charging pile fittings enterprises and material enterprises, charging pile equipment enterprises, testing organizations, new energy enterprises and automobile enterprises gathered together with representatives from YST to discuss the most advanced policy direction, technology and development trend of the charging pile industry.
At the meeting, Lin Xue, R & D Manager of YST, presented a breakthrough innovative product--"thick layer coating material," and gave a keynote speech entitled "solution for Protective thick coating of rechargeable pile PCB" ,received wide acclaim and attention from participants.
Thick layer coating material is another excellent product developed by YST. It is another innovation in the field of polymer material after "UV-dark curing coating" and "water-based polyurethane coating".
The "thick layer coating material" is mainly used in the field of high anti-corrosion of PCB and the anti-corrosion protection of special components, such as charging pile, automobile electronics, outdoor precision, military and other bad working environment industry and pin,stitch, fan and other special components.Its excellent performance is mainly reflected in the following aspects: polyurethane material (high anti-corrosion reliability), low viscosity, high thixotropy, convenient construction (sprayed and dispensable)fast drying, uniform coatings without bubbles, the dry film thickness of one coating can be 100-250 um, which can completely replace the secondary coating. In addition, YST has launched a number of innovative products leading the industry trend.
