The postscript of YST outdoor development training

On the morning of October 15,2016, it was sunny and breezy at the Coptic eco-park base in Dapeng Bay.
On the new day, the base has ushered in a new guest--YST outdoor training team.
The purpose of coming here is not for sightseeing or leisure vacations, but for outdoor outreach training. Why are we here today? The underlying reason is that when we are used to and love sitting in a bright, warm office, enjoying the luxury and comfort of a star hotel on a business trip, feeling complacent and fearless, we never think about keeping going in the way of obstacles setted by ourselves.When we are not used to walking on the ground without shoes, not washing our faces without clean towels, not knowing how many clothes to wear without air conditioning, then we realize we really need to expand ourselves. Because we're trapped and we don't know it. Because, on the way of life, some things are necessary, but we do not know what should be. We come to a school today, a military camp, but certainly not as comfortable as we were used to.
This is the purpose of our trip today--to stimulate the numb spirit through relevant field training, to challenge the limits, to enhance teamwork, to re-examine ourselves, and to cherish life more.
Immediately after the coach preached the safety rules, each of the three teams members tried their best to win the honor for the collective, and at the same time drew great strength and confidence from the collective, and tried to show their individuality in the collective.
After overcoming the difficulties and successfully completing projects such as "Passion 99" and "Lift up your spirits", everyone could feel the sense of victory and pride from the heart, and we were fully aware of their potential and had increased their self-confidence. And we also had cultivated the perseverance to overcome difficulties ,improved the ability to solve the problem ,and could also achieve a more harmonious with the group.
If the previous training program was a test of wisdom and team Spirit, the final program "The Great Escape " was based on this test of the individual soul. When the captain was beaten repeatedly because of team member's violation, sweat soaked, and exhausted to the point of failing to get up, he did not blame the player who had caused his punishment for the violation, and as the program continued, the atmosphere of the scene from the initial relaxed began to become dignified. When you saw that every insouciance and insouciance turned into a harsh punishment for the captain, you realized that the game was neither fun nor funny. The captain was suffering from the body and we were suffering from the heart.
Nothing to say, working together, full trustment in their teammates, in the background of moving music, everyone cooperated with each other better and better, breaking the rules less and less, tired sweat and tears in everyone's face wanton flow. The project was supposed to take an hour to complete, but it only took 25 minutes.
At 18:30, as night falls, YST development training activities also came to an end, after a day of development activities although we are tired, the heart of each other were closer.
Although the expansion was over, through it we can really feel: knowledge and skills only tangible capital, strong enterprising spirit, tenacious fighting spirit and willpower, good communication and cooperation spirit, was an invisible force.
In the competition of modern society, it is not Live or Die, but "both of us win" . We should develop togetherly and create a win-win situation. The progress of an enterprise is not based on individual heroism, but on highly interactive and cooperative organizations.The competition of a modern enterprise is, to some extent, the competition of the Enterprise's integration capability, and the competition of the overall quality of the workforce. Having a positive staff of unity and cooperation is the magic weapon for enterprises to win.
This outward bound training, which is a sentiment to the life, and is one kind of experience to the hardship. In the training, the relationship between individual and individual, individual and team, team and team can be truly realized from the team before the project to the spirit of life and death, sharing weal and woe. Good Team Spirit and enterprising attitude are the two core contents of personality. Only under the control of this kind of personality power, our wisdom and skill can burst out more dazzling light.
